I will spend a few minutes talking with each guest to go over paperwork and to give each individual time to enjoy your infused teas

Acupuncture

This accounts for time of needle insertion and resting with the needles in.

Sound Bath

Enjoy some sound healing while you lounge

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork, use the restroom, and get settled so we can start promptly at 7pm

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose fitting clothing. Ideally I would like to be able to access your legs from the knees down and arms from the elbows down. You will be removing your shoes during the session so whatever is easiest for you to take off.

Should I bring anything?

Make sure you have your digital ticket to show at the door. Everything else will be provided.
