What should I bring?

We want you to be as comfortable as possible. We suggest you bring all that you can carry to make yourself comfortable when lying on the floor. Some of the things I would suggest bringing are; Yoga Matt, a blanket or two, pillow, warm socks, sweatshirt, and water.

What time does it start?

The registration starts promptly at 7:00. Please be there promptly as we can not interrupt the session once it has started. Check in time is 6:45.
