My name is Dr. Sabrina Ricks and I am the president of SBR Workplace ConsultationServices based out of Woodbridge, VA.  My company helps organizations rebuild a healthy and safe organizational culture and work environment with a focus on eliminating workplace bullying.

Diversity involves recognizing differences amongst us as human beings. We have to celebrate differences, encourage differences, and learn how we can work together to achieve common goals in the workplace regardless of differences.  We must first understand why lack of diversity is detrimental to survival. Come out to this workshop on diversity and inclusion.  There will be handouts you can take back to your organization and use to train your team, educational and fun activities, networking opportunities, light refreshments, and more!
