<p>This is a first-of-its-kind conference for students around the world who are aspiring to enter into the rapidly-growing field of quantum computing. Students from diverse backgrounds will leave the conference feeling inspired and empowered, having relatable quantum computing role models, ideas for pursuing education and careers in quantum, and a firm belief that they belong in this field. </p><p>In addition to discussing how to increase diversity and inclusivity in quantum computing, we’ll discuss <em>why</em> it is essential. <h2>About Qubit  by Qubit:</h2><p>QxQ is a first-of-its-kind initiative to ensure quantum computing education is accessible and inclusive for students globally. In 2020, we trained nearly 10,000 students from 125 countries in quantum computing with more than half coming from backgrounds underrepresented in STEM. </p><p>At QxQ, we see that the field of quantum computing is growing by the day. We must act, and we must act fast, to ensure the future of this revolutionary technology includes people from all backgrounds.
