Experience organic chocolate like never before learning the process from "bean to bar." Taste chocolate brew and make your own truffles.

Join Captain's Chocolate at the Catholic Ecology Center for this workshop that takes you through the process of making organic chocolate from their farm in Costa Rica all the way right here to southeast Wisconsin. Kids 12+ with paid adult are welcome to attend

Taste delicious organic chocolate brew and learn how to make organic chocolate mousse and truffles arrayed with various toppings. Be able to take your creations home with you to share, give as a gift or to enjoy for yourself! This organic chocolate is not only sustainable but keto diet friendly. This workshop makes a great gift!

No experience necessary and all materials (including chocolate!) will be provided.

*Organic Captain's Chocolate bars, barks, nibs and brew will be for sale. They make amazing local and sustainable gifts!
