DitchFest Rodeo

The Ditch Day Cookout was originated in 2011 by a group of four colleagues who agreed that our company's generic workplace "picnics" were pretty lame.  Therefore, we thoughtfully curated a format that added the cookout elements that we most enjoyed.  We secured an off-site venue, formulated a catered cookout menu, and incorporated a DJ.  The inaugural event consisted of approximately sixty of our close, personal friends and work buddies.  They all put in a leave slip at the office and "ditched" work for some Friday afternoon hijinks with the Ditch Day Crew.  Fourteen Summers later, DitchFest Rodeo is the Summertime event that has all of Baltimore City trying to ditch.
