For Students Preparing to Audition for PMEA District 7 Orchestra
 
A highly focused workshop led by members of the Keystone Musical Arts Center’s string department
 
Instructors will perform the audition pieces and lead masterclasses centered on the repertoire for each individual instrument. Additional activities include sight-reading, conquering nerves, how to maximize points for scales, mock auditions, general audition strategies and tips for presenting your best self.

About the location: 
3705 Trindle Road in Camp Hill, near Harrisburg and easily accessible from just about everywhere. If you know the area, we are next to the West Shore YMCA. For those from outside the area, we’re 2 traffic lights from Route 15, easy to reach via Routes 81 and 83. Plenty of off-street parking is available with lots of shopping, restaurant and activity options nearby.
 
To register, click the “Tickets” button above. You can pay online by credit or debit card, or choose the RSVP ticket to register online and pay by check (made payable to KMAC, 3705 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011 – must be received by 11/12/19). Payments are non-refundable. 
 
*Bass players should register ASAP. Involvement of an instructor for bass is dependent on interest. Payments for bass players is refundable if not enough interest.
