Located in the heart of its namesake neighborhood, Deep Ellum Distillery is a small-batch producer of award-winning vodka. Through brandy-style proofing and continuous filtration, Deep Ellum vodka has medaled in every competition its entered (for a total of 11) and completely crushes the competition. Located on Clover Street, the 5,000 squre foot distillery serves as a tasting room for its craft cocktails & unique inufusions, while also serving as a private event space. The distillery is open to the public on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays with tours, tastings, and live music throughout the evening.

Deep Ellum Distillery offers weekly tours &amp; tastings as a great way to learn about our distillery&#x27;s history, our spirits, and what makes our equipment and process so unique. During the tour, you will get to see where we produce our whiskey wash, learn about our custom copper still, and see where we age our Irish-style whiskey. You will get to try our award-winning vodka and taste the difference of brandy-style proofing and continuous, charcoal filtration. You will also get to sample one of our new flavors in a tasty craft cocktail, a sample of our whiskey (while supplies last) and we&#x27;ll even send you home with a beautiful, Deep Ellum Distillery Glencairn glass. The tour is led by one of our distiller&#x27;s chosen ones, and usually takes about one hour. After the tour, feel free to relax in the tasting room and don&#x27;t forget to take a bottle or two home as a gift or just a great addition to your own bar. Tours are available on Fridays at 6pm, Saturdays at 2 pm, and Sundays at 2 pm but are usually sold out well in advance. We do recommend making reservations as soon as you think you might be coming (and allow refunds up to 24 hours before the event).  We recommend arriving a few minutes early as our tour will start promptly on the hour.ADDRESS &amp; PARKING - 2880 Clover St. Dallas, TX 75226. This is a small street that sits between Canton &amp; Commerce at the intersection of Malcom X Blvd. Parking is available on the street, but can fill out quite quickly. There are several parking options in Deep Ellum, but Uber &amp; Lyft are always a good choice. Kids &amp; Dogs - both are welcome before 9 pm, just so long they have a leash and are with parents or legal guardians. We support little distillers! Adults must be 21+ to attend. Bottles to Go - under Texas state law, we are allowed to sell you (2) 750 ml bottles in a 30 day period. Currently available at the tasting room, is our award-winning, All-Purpose Vodka, along with our five flavors- blueberry, watermelon, grapefruit, lemon, and dill pickle.
