Marcy Moneypenny is the Market Leader for the Denver office of Avison Young, where she is known for driving revenue growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional client service. Her passion lies in developing high-performing teams, strengthening industry relationships, and creating pathways for professionals to excel in the field. Marcy also serves as the Global Executive Sponsor of Avison Young’s Women's Network, where she empowers female professionals to find their voice, build confidence, and advance their careers. Before joining Avison Young, Marcy built a distinguished career at CBRE. As a Senior Managing Director, she partnered with institutional clients such as Morgan Stanley, Nuveen, JP Morgan, Allianz US, Clarion, and Credit Suisse. She also served as CBRE’s Managing Director of Asset Services for Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. In this role, she oversaw a portfolio of 30 million square feet, led 250 professionals, and managed relationships with 70 clients, ensuring operational excellence and strategic asset positioning.
Marcy’s contributions to the real estate industry have been recognized with numerous accolades, most recently as the 2024 recipient of the Avison Young Global DE&I Champion Award. Marcy is passionate about fostering today’s generation of real estate leaders.
