Cucina e comunità</a> per discutere i complessi legami tra ciò che mangiamo e il suo impatto ecologico, con particolare attenzione all&#x27;effetto sui corpi idrici.Sabato 28 maggio i partecipanti saranno accompagnati a Sant’Erasmo da Marco Bravetti, cuoco e ricercatore di TOCIA! in un&#x27;esperienza di connessione intima con il paesaggio attraverso il riconoscimento, la raccolta e l&#x27;assaggio conviviale di piante spontanee che caratterizzano l&#x27;ecosistema lagunare.La partecipazione è gratuita con prenotazione obbligatoria. Posti disponibili limitati. Il trasporto in vaporetto è a carico dei partecipanti. ..WILD PANTRY is the first event in the food research program Convivial Tables, &quot;Entrée: The Pannier of the Lagoon,&quot; conceived by <a href="https://www.tba21.org/#item--academy--1819" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">TBA21-Academy</a> in Venice in collaboration with Marco Bravetti and <a href="https://www.facebook.com/tocia.venezia/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">TOCIA! Cucina e comunità</a> to discuss the complex ties between what we eat and its ecological impact, with a particular focus on its effect on bodies of water.On Saturday May 28, participants will be accompanied to Sant&#x27;Erasmo by Marco Bravetti, chef and researcher of TOCIA! in an experience of intimate connection with the landscape through the recognition, collection and convivial tasting of spontaneous plants that characterise the lagoon ecosystem.Participation is free, with mandatory reservation. Limited places available. We remind you that transport via vaporetto is at the expense of participants.
