WINE MENU
Wine 1 - Piedra Fluida Blanco 2022, Tenerife
Rich volcanic salinity. Pure, fresh and saline with textural white orchard fruits and whip-cracks of lacey white pepper and peach pit.
Wine 2 - Diamantakis Petali Assyrtiko 2022, Crete
Medium gold colour with fresh apple and lemon flavours. The finish is long, rich and complex.
Wine 3 - Sergio Arcuri Vino Rosso 2023, Calabria
This is a blend of the local grapes Gaglioppo and Greco di Ciro. Light wild strawberries, herbs and aromatics like rose.
Wine 4 - Terra de Falanis Muac 2020, Mallorca
An indigenous swathe of small berry fruits with an undertow of Cabernet Cassis. Muac is the phonetic for a kiss – which sums up this wine. Generous full fruited wine.
Wine 5 - Domaine Fiumicicoli Muscateddu 50cl, Corsica
An exciting sweet red wine from the fragrant Muscateddu grape (related to the red Sciacarello of Corsica), this ruby-coloured, unoaked and unfortified wine brims with aromas of strawberry jam and allspice.
