How to stand in your personal power and authenticity through the use of vulnerability.

This workshop is intended to lift your energy, enliven your spirit ,and provide you the tools to stand confidently in your personal power and authenticity by learning to share your vulnerable self boldly with intention.Due to various life challenges the past few years, I have been taking time to keep going deeper to understand me, others, what makes relationships work, etc. The most eye opening thing is the realization that I didn&#x27;t know what I didn&#x27;t know.I thought I was a pretty emotionally aware guy. Yeah, I wasn&#x27;t. I thought I was operating from a pretty healthy and confident place. Yeah, I wasn&#x27;t. I felt that I was connecting to people. Yeah, I wasn&#x27;t. Yes, I may have good instincts. Yes, I may be good at reading people&#x27;s energy. However, these super powers, were also my kryptonite. These super powers left me with very surface level relationships in all areas of my life. Which then meant that there was a continuous revolving door of people in and out of my life. Free to be you and me, right? Well, yes and no. Yes, definitely, you get to be un-apologetically you, and I get to be un-apologetically me. The big wake up call came as a perfect storm hit several years ago in the form of my 1st an injury, some craziness at work, and my marriage hit a rough spot and wouldn&#x27;t recover. What about you?Are there moments when you don&#x27;t feel seen?Are there moments where you feel its just easier to fly under the radar? Hide?Are there moments when you feel stuck and not sure how to move forward?Are there conversations where you don&#x27;t feel heard? Or you feel misunderstood?Are there relationships in your life that feel strained, are draining, of flat out fell apart? Are you still in some of these relationships? Or, would you just like the tools to help you show up better, more confidently, and authentically yourself?Are there moments when you are not sure how you feel? Feel disconnected from your emotions, from your heart, from your body? Possibly too much up in your head?Just like me???What have you done to change these things? How is that working for you?I created this workshop as part of my Graduation requirement for an immersive Leadership Mastermind focused on the Distinctions of Leadership and the Distinctions of a Trainer.
