This interfaith presentation is the second of a five-part exploration into the Jewish and Christian roots of Walsh University’s core values: Faith, Excellence, Integrity, Service, and Community. Tonight’s presentation will examine our best efforts and selves are critical components to reaching our goals and ultimate purpose as human beings.
As December 7th is also the beginning of the Jewish festival of Hanukkah, tonight’s presentation will include a lighting of the menorah by Rabbi Komerofsky and an explanation of its significance.
The discussion features: Rabbi David Komerofsky, Temple Israel, Canton, Ohio and Dr. Chris Seeman, Chair of Theology, Walsh University.
