We are all looking to be happy, healthy and successful at the same time, but rarely do we find natural and lasting ways to be so. Neither at home nor in school have we learnt how to deal with stress, handle our emotions, or function at our full potential.

In this session, we will experience a glimpse of our potential through the practice of powerful breathing exercises and guided meditation.

You will leave with powerful take-home techniques, an understanding of the tendencies of the mind, the mind-body-breath connection, and an introduction to a unique breathing technique that has helped millions of people release stress, experience deep meditation, and get back in touch with their true self.
