Explore various ways to work with simple ingredients and witness the magic of culinary alchemy as you learn the art of working with batter in different forms.

You'll craft the sweet and savory mix of 18th-century crepe-style pancakes, goat cheese and chive beggars purses, plus bacon and corn cakes.

Open your mind and pantry to the simplicity of becoming creative with what you have on hand.

This class is scheduled for most Saturday afternoons, but we can book a cooking class for almost anything at almost any time.
