Discover DASH Essentials is a 6‑week program that provides a well‑rounded introduction to the DASH lifestyle. Participants explore the essential components of nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sleep to support healthier blood pressure.
In this essential program, participants will:
- Discover the key elements of the DASH approach and how they work together to support heart health
- Explore how daily behaviors—including movement, stress, and sleep—affect blood pressure
- Apply practical strategies for improving eating habits and increasing daily physical activity
- Integrate simple stress‑reduction and sleep‑supporting practices into daily life
Class dates are Tuesday, October 6, 13, 20, 27, November 3 and 10
