About this event

  • 6 hours

The TTI Success Insights® Behaviors (DISC) Assessment was designed to increase the understanding of an individual's leadership and communication style, and how they relate to the styles of others. DISC measures four behavioral styles: dominance, influence, steadiness, and compliance. This workshop will help you to recognize the four behavior styles and how each individual’s communication style impacts a group’s dynamic.

During Training, you will:

  • Understand and take home a TTI Success Insights® DISC Assessment
  • Identify, understand, and appreciate their individual behavior style.
  • Identify, understand, and appreciate people who have different behavior styles
  • Explore how behavioral styles impact and inform the culture of the workplace.

Effective interaction starts with an accurate perception of oneself. Recognizing that in addition to how we behave, we all bring our own lived experience, identities, and values to our interactions. This recognition can be a catalyst for productive and intriguing conversations. Join this insightful cohort to learn more about yourself and others. Register now!
