Disability – Reasonable Accommodation/Modification

Fair housing laws requires that all people be treated equally. But when it comes to a person with a disability, it is critical that owners, managers, condo boards and Homeowners Associations change and/or adjust their policy to allow the person to have full use and enjoyment of their living quarters. This training will cover common requests for accommodation, who pays for accommodation and modifications, as well as many examples positive outcomes.
