K-NECT, LLC and Stinson & Associates, two premier disability inclusion consulting firms, will host Mr. Milt Wright, the creator of"Windmills"for two-days of diability awareness training at White Columns at Kingston inKingston, GA.

The Windmills training program is based on the concept that attitudes and misconceptions about persons with disabilities are instrumental in forming behaviors toward persons with disabilities. Windmills promotes the employment and advancement of persons with disabilities by changing our behaviors. Windmills has a proven history of assisting employers to better understand the culture of disability in the workplace. The training facilitates the successful incorporation of persons with disabilities and barriers to employment into the workplace in a manner that is consistent with current State and Federal laws (such as the ADA and ADAAA).
