We open the space with energy work and real connection - breath, presence, women actually looking at each other. Not small talk. Real talk.

Then Amy hands you paint. You put it on your skin. Then someone else's. There are no rules. There is no right way. Just expression between your energy and the paint.

Then Wendy turns the music up and we move. Not "workout" move - the kind where you stop holding your stomach in. Powerful women music. A room full of women who are done performing.

You leave different than you arrived.

Wendy is the founder of StronHER, a women's wellness brand rooted in the integration of body, mind, and soul. She coaches women through the patterns that keep them stuck - people-pleasing, survival mode, and disconnection from self and back into the fullness of who they are.

Amy — @_ameowwwwart
Amy is a somatic painting artist and movement guide whose work creates space for women to express what words can't reach. Through paint and presence, she helps women access the parts of themselves they've kept quiet.

What to bring

• An open heart and a willingness to feel something
• Nothing else — everything you need will be there
