Dinodinner: Hello Spring

Dinodinner is a curated private dining experience limited to just 10 guests.

This intimate 5-course tasting menu is inspired by the lightness of spring and reimagined ancient Ukrainian recipes — thoughtfully presented in a contemporary way.
Hosted inside a private Vancouver art gallery, guests will dine surrounded by contemporary works — with the opportunity to discover and connect with the art on display.

Designed for couples, friends, and open-minded individuals looking for something beyond a traditional restaurant setting.

What to Expect

• 5-course seasonal tasting menu inspired by Ukrainian culinary heritage
• An intimate gallery setting surrounded by contemporary art
• A 2.5-hour thoughtfully paced dining experience
• Ten seats only

In Ukraine, the return of starlings to their small wooden houses in the trees marks the arrival of spring. It is one of those quiet seasonal rituals — a reminder of home, renewal, and longer days.

This Dinodinner is inspired by that return.

The menu draws from ancient Ukrainian culinary traditions, where bread, gluten-rich pastries, and humble root vegetables shaped the table. Reimagined with care, these elements become a contemporary spring tasting experience.

The evening will be documented by a photographer to capture the atmosphere and details of the experience.
