From every seed sown to the careful harvest of each ingredient on your plate, this distinctive culinary encounter is the highest expression of our farm's organic produce and a reflection of Karla's holistic approach to wellbeing.
Following in the footsteps of previous Dinners in Paradise, for this first edition Karla is collaborating with Chefs Evan Burgess and Osmel Gonzalez, Co-Founders of “EntreNos”, fresh off their recent addition to the 2024 Michelin Restaurant Guide. Get ready for a thoughtfully curated, five-course dinner of top-tier, nutrient-dense ingredients, handpicked from the soils at Paradise Farms and complemented by locally-sourced seafood and wine pairings.
