Description: Join us for this brand-new series where we explore food through history and throw ourselves a dinner party inspired by an era. This month; the Roaring 20’s!

What You’ll Learn: Together we will discuss cultural and historical aspects of food in the 1920s, and prepare some popular dinner-party worth dishes inspired by the time; Chicken a la King, Waldorf Salad, and Mini Pineapple Upside-down Cakes.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! Contact regina@bradlyshg.gmail.com for all private parties/class inquiries.
