Transport yourself to the ancient City of Rome with this collection of Roman-inspired cooking classes, wine tastings, and chef dinners.

Learn all about this iconic Roman dish in this hands-on demonstration. While you enjoy a glass of prosecco and antipasti, our La Scuola Chef will guide you through what makes a perfect Cacio e Pepe. From the simplicity of the ingredients to the precision of the technique, you’ll discover how to master this timeless pasta dish at home before being treated to a freshly prepared plate to enjoy. We will end this experience with a classic tiramisù.In this class you will:<ul><li>Learn the history of Cacio e Pepe and the importance of its traditional ingredients</li><li>Observe as our La Scuola Chef demonstrates how to achieve the perfect creamy emulsion using cheese and pepper</li><li>Enjoy a 3-course menu with a glass of prosecco and a glass of wine (soft drinks also available)</li><li>Take home the recipe from the class</li></ul> Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>This is a hands-off class</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.</li></ul><ul><li>Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Guests 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.</li></ul><ul><li>Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. For groups of up to 4 guests, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon code for a future class or event at La Scuola. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen.
