第一場 — Digital Transformation with Design Thinking Framework

面對疫情的不穩定性，不少中小企業都受到影響，走到今天絕非易事。因此，近年不少企業都推動「設計思維」（Design Thinking）作為改革方案，從而開創和優化了不少服務及產品，更符合市場的需求。當服務及產品符合客户需求時，就能在品牌評價、營業額、客戶體驗及其忠誠度都得以提升。「設計思維」能應用在不同的範疇和行業當中，不論是實體店或網店，還是進行組織轉型，均能將行動轉變為成功。「設計思維」是以人為本的精神與解決問題的方法論。從用家的角度出發，考慮他們的需求，在不同觀點中界定問題，在多個可能性之中找出最佳創新解決方案，並創造更多的可能性。「設計思維」由五個元素組成，分別是「Empathy同理心思考」、「Define需求定義」、「Ideate創意構思」、「Prototype原型實現」、「Test實際測試」。當中過程會結合人類需求、技術可行性，與未來商業成功的發展性。相比很多傳統的績效提升方法，「設計思維」給出的解決方案不但效率奇高，實用性大增，同時成本也大幅度降低。此講座將邀請三位範疇相關的嘉賓分享運用設計思維來創新的心得，繼而進行探討，從而學習設計思維的原則與過程，讓參加者對「設計思維」有進一步的認識，更可令具潛力的企業走得更遠，甚至推動社會創新。
