DESCRIPTION: To say that we wear many hats is an understatement. As teachers, directors, family members, friends, and individuals, we are often asked to "step up" and take on additional roles and responsibilities. Join us as we discuss the everyday and emotional labor we shoulder, how we set realistic goals that bring us joy, and how we can set stronger boundaries to prevent burnout.

Facilitator: Renee Brown (Peters Township Middle School, PA)
