We begin with a brief welcome, move into guided meditation and quiet reflection, and close with an optional few minutes to share or simply listen. You’re free to engage in whatever way feels right.

Do I need meditation experience?

Not at all. This space is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Simple guidance will be offered throughout.

Do I have to turn my camera on or speak?

Accepted Answer

No. Camera on or off is completely up to you, and sharing is always optional. Everyone will be muted during the meditation and reflection.

Can I join late or leave early?

Yes. You’re welcome to arrive or step out as needed. This is your time. Please note that if you do not have a Gmail Account, the Google Meet link will require approved admission from the host, so we may be slow to respond--thanks in advance for your patience.

How do I join the event?

You’ll receive a Google Meet link in reminder emails before the gathering, the last one arriving 10 minutes before our start time. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

What should I bring?

Anything that supports your presence—a journal, pen, water, tea, blanket, or simply yourself. We suggest finding a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit with ease. Many people enjoy sitting on a cushion or chair.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. The guided meditation portion will be recorded so attendees can revisit the practice later. Any optional sharing at the end is not included in the recording, and you’re always welcome to keep your camera off.

How does the donation basis work?

You’re welcome to contribute whatever feels right. Donations help us continue offering accessible spaces for connection and inner work. Your presence is the most important contribution.
