Digital Creativity and Fair Access: Perth Workshop
Join us in Perth to explore digital creativity and how to make it fair for everyone!
How is creative work seen online? What affects visibility, access and presentation across digital platforms?
This relaxed, hands-on workshop brings together artists and creative practitioners to reflect on how they present and promote their work in digital spaces. Rather than teaching fixed methods, the session focuses on real experiences—what works, what doesn’t, and what feels sustainable in practice.
Through a mix of simple creative activities and group discussion, you’ll explore your own approach to digital platforms and learn from others working across different creative fields.
What you’ll get from it:
- Insight into how other creatives approach digital visibility
- Space to reflect on your own practice
- A chance to share experiences in an informal, supportive setting
- A simple, personalised “digital roadmap” you can use to present and promote your work going forward
This workshop is part of a wider public engagement project exploring digital creativity and fair access, and participants will have the option to contribute ideas to a shared public-facing resource.
Who it’s for:
Artists, musicians, designers, photographers and other creative practitioners (16+), including those who feel unsure about or disconnected from digital platforms.
