Ardor Adventures

ABOUT
DiFranco Invitational is our first KIDS ONLY running event. It'll consists of 3 races of 1/2, 1, and 2 miles. The entire family is encouraged to come out for a day for family fun. 
Entry fee gets you a t-shirt, medal, delicious food and also get to enjoy free activities/games (potatoe sack, water balloon toss, etc) including pinatas at the park. RACE DATE Saturday, June 11
RACE START 11:00 AM
RACE DISTANCES 4 yrs and Under or any kid(s) running with their parent - 1/2 mile course 6 yrs to 8 yrs with NO parents - 1 miles course 9 yrs. to 13 yrs with NO parents - 2 miles course
The above age divisions are only suggestions; if you have a child who would like to run a longer or shorter distance that is listed for their age category above, that is okay! They can choose the distance they would like to run.
PRE-REGISTRATION FEE $20.00 when registered on or before April 30th $25.00 after April 30th
Online registration will close on June 10th at 5 p.m.
 Registration fee includes race entry, finisher medal, yummy, food and lots of fun actitivies after the race.
 DAY-OF REGISTRATION FEE $30/child Race Day registration will be available from 9:30 am.-10:45 am. at Big Creek Park in Newport, OR.
TIMING All races will be timed.
AWARDS All participant will receive a finish medal.
FINISHER MEDAL All children will receive a finish medal as they cross the finish line.
POST-RACE PARTY We invite families to hang out after the races. There are fun, free activities for the whole family to participate in.
All children who are registered for the race will receive free food. Other family members can purchase meal ticket for $6.00 to enjoy the food after the after the race.
