We live in fractured times in which many people have trouble even having civil conversations with others, whether it is across the political divide or work colleagues or family members or even noisy neighbors.
This practical, interactive half-day workshop, led by ACC adjunct faculty member and communications expert, Jeremy Solomons, will help participants to:
- Reconnect with their own deep values and their sense of what is important, fair and right
- Learn some pragmatic models for having meaningful conversations and resolving conflict with others
- Begin practicing new skills via small group role play with immediate peer feedback
