Initiated by DiDi International Business, DiDi Global Leadership Development (GLD) Program is a global talent acquisition and development program aimed at speeding up the thriving of high potentials who aspire to become international business leaders in DiDi.

Meet our team on campus: 
Davi Miyake Dos Santos – General Mgr of Taxi Business, 99: Davi works for 99/DiDi since June 2017. He had a critical role in the development and execution of 99`s growth strategy before the company became the first Brazilian unicorn and was acquired by DiDi. Currently, Davi heads Strategy & planning for operations, accumulating the leadership of the Taxi Business Unit and the management of a portfolio of more than 50 cities. Before 99/DiDi he worked for Luxottica, where he held positions such as Director of Business Development and General Mgr of the Ray-Ban Ban business unit. Previously, Davi worked for BCG, he has an MBA from Wharton and a computer engineering degree from POLI-USP. Paula Scampini – Recruiter, LATAM: Paula joined DiDi in 2018 and has been a key member for finding top talent to join our growing organization. Paula holds a bachelor`s in Psychology from UFES Brasil and an Master Degree from FGV Brasil. Prior to joining DiDi Paula worked in Manpower as recruiting lead for one on Manpower`s biggest accounts with a large retail company.
