Agenda

9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Set Up

During set up, this time will allow vendors to be assigned their table and area for selling. Please note that hanging items on the walls are NOT PERMITTED. If done so, there will be a fine

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Introductory Vending

This is the first alotted spot for members to come look and shop! People will be entering and checking in, and allows them time to view your merchandise before lunch.

12:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Lunch + Agenda

During this time, Venders are NOT allowed to sell merchandise as this will be time for members to eat lunch and attend to the program/agenda.

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Closing Vending

This is the secondary slot for selling merchandise. Note that the agenda will still be occurring simultaneously, but members will be able to shop as well.

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Breakdown

During this time, breakdown will occur. If the event ends earlier, then you may start breakdown earlier. All items must be out by 5pm.

About this event

Vendor Registration for the Diamond Sneaker Soirée Brunch for the ladies of DST. This event will occur Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at the Kent State Hotel and Conference Center in Kent, Ohio. All vendor registation fees are final, no refunds. Note that all vendors must also provide merchandise item(s) to enter for a raffle with a minimum value of $25. All vendors are allowed two tables, but you must indicate how many you will need during registration.
