Alexandria Barabin Harris and McKenzie Wren have been working with groups of people to have conversations about race, bias, education and inclusion for numerous years. They believe that listening may not solve every problem but good listening creates the conditions to be able to learn from each other, understand hopes and fears and help something new emerge.
