This workshop is a continuation of the workshop Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Introduction to Mindfulness) Participants would be best served if they have attended “Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Basic: A Practical Introduction to Utilizing DBT and Mindfulness Skills in Therapy”, but it is not mandatory.

 is a Licensed Masters Level Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, . Elaine has over 20 years’ experience in the mental health field working in residential care, Certified Trauma specialist, juvenile justice counseling and outpatient therapy.   Significant work with clients struggling with grief and loss issues, mood & adjustment disorders, PTSD and co-occurring disorders.  Elaine currently has a private practice in Brunswick, GA., facilitating group, individual and family therapy.
