These circles are designed to educate, develop personal goals and strategies, network, and establish a camaraderie for other working women. This group meets monthly live or virtual for 2 hours at no cost. Live sessions will be in Springfield, MO at the Springfield-Greene County Library District's Library Center. Please register ahead of time as space in the meeting room is limited!  We also offer Online Circles every month!

What’s the difference between Diagnostic Thinking Group and a Lean IN Circle?

Working women want and need more confidence in their decisions. Women want to be seen by others as strong, productive, valued employees. DT Groups are specifically designed for working women to solve paralizing business critical problems in a safe environment where a formalized process is facilitated. It’s a safe haven  where the hard heart work for women leaders is developed.

As a participant in Lean In’s Circle program, DT Group - Lean In is using Lean In’s name, program logos and other branded materials under a license from LeanIn.Org.
