The number of people who are diagnosed with pre-diabetes increases every year. Learn more about this year-long program by attending this information session. The National Diabetes Prevention Program is a CDC-led initiative shown to reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes. This lifestyle change program can help you lose weight, become more physically active, and reduce stress. This is a proven program to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. You receive access to a trained lifestyle coach, a year-long program, support from others like you as you learn new skills, and a CDC-approved curriculum.This is a new covered benefit by Medicare, most Medicare Advantage Plans
