This class will be held In-Person.

Starts July 18, 2024 / Ends June 12, 2025. Thursdays at 5:30pm at Orange County Health Department, Building 1-901 West Church St., Orlando, FL 3280.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Online group sessions. Led by a Certified Health Education Specialist, a Certified Diabetic Education Care Specialist and Trained Lifestyle Coaches. Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly meetings.

PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years or older, no previous diagnosis of T1 or T2, A1C between 5.7-6.4 and/or Fasting Glucose 100-125mg/dl, family history of diabetes, history of gestational diabetes, not pregnant at time of enrollment, Obesity: BMI greater than/equal to 25); Or CDC Prediabetes Risk Test to be completed with a participant team member.
