Join us in person to learn how to prevent diabetes with easy tips and support—free and fun!

<h2>Diabetes Prevention Program-Prediabetes(Free)</h2><p>Join this free lifestyle change program to learn how to exercise more, eat healthier, reduce stress, and reduce your risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes. Weekly incentives will be distributed. These include exercise equiptment, air fryer/instant pot, cooking tools, etc.</p><p>Class meets on Wednesdays at 10AM:  1x week for 16 weeks and 1x month for 6 more months.</p><p>Taking new particpants until Jan 28,2026</p><p>Email Mary.banks@johnstonnc.gov for more info!</p>
