Wellness & Martial Arts

Karate-do & Kobudo - Aimed at our Special Needs population, mainly, to develop skills and capabilities for inner strength, empowerment and self-confidence. 
Tai Chi for Health - Medicine in motion, addresses basic stress, arthritis, flexibility and more.
