What does my ticket include?

Accepted Answer

The ticket includes attendance to the conference, a USB drive, badge, lanyard, lunch, and snacks.

Is breakfast included?

Accepted Answer

Breakfast will be determined by our budget, which is to say we will provide breakfast if we can afford it. We believe it is reasonable for our in-town guests to eat breakfast before they arrive. Our hotel partner provides a free breakfast for our out of town guests.

Question 3

Will I be able to buy a ticket at the event?

Accepted Answer

Based on ticket availability, we will have the ability to take money at the door through PayPal Here. However, since we have to buy things like lanyards, badges, and USB drives at least a month in advance, we cannot ensure that we will have sufficient quantities for people who pay at the door.

Question 4

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds on your ticket. However, we will do everything in our power to help you find your ticket a new home and transfer the registration.

Question 5

I'm coming in from out of town. Is there a hotel I should use?

Accepted Answer

We partner with the Embassy Suites Hotel and Spa for our out of town guests. We have not finished the contracts for this year, but we'll update this with the link when it's ready.
