Devour Culinary Classic is the region’s premier annual event hosted by Phoenix Art Museum, Local First Arizona and the Devour Phoenix Restaurant Coalition. Now offering a week-long series, the events showcase the fine food and drink restaurants, producers and purveyors of Arizona while furthering metro Phoenix as a dining destination worthy of international prestige.
An event for every taste, the series culminates into the ultimate two-day Devour Culinary Classic featuring culinary curators and purveyors who support the Arizona food, wine and restaurant industries. Attendees have the chance to partake in innovative culinary demonstrations, meet top chefs and restaurateurs as well as taste an enormous array of culinary excellence from the region’s best chefs, restaurants, local food artisans, brewers, and vintners.

Grab your shakers and let the pouring commence. It’s time for the Eigth Annual Devour Phoenix Bartending Competition! To celebrate Phoenix’s cocktail culture, nine bartenders from the Devour Phoenix Restaurant Coalition armed with a selection of Arizona’s best locally distilled spirits will convene for a mix-off of epic proportions. They'll be up on stage shaking it to compete for recognition as Arizona's Star Bartender in 2017! 
What to expect this year: Attendees can enjoy the competition of the Valley's best bartenders and mixologists right from the front row or by getting a birds-eye view from the Desoto Market mezzanine. Step outside and enjoy tastes of all nine competition cocktails, explore the special tasting menus curated by Chef Stephen Jones and mixologist Jillian Jones to complement the cocktails and whet the palate, and mix and mingle with friends while snapping photos and voting for the People's Choice Award.

Palette to Palate is an event that blends the visual arts and culinary arts by pairing chefs and painters to interpret each other’s work for a show that is at once unique and insightful into the worlds of the two artists. The evening will feature Arizona wines and award winning chefs, paired with regional artists who are carefully selected and who will prepare new works for the event.

In partnership with Andrew Gooi of Food Talkies and the production team at Bite Magazine, we bring to bring you “Elements,” a visual exploration of six of nature’s most fundamental substances as seen through the lens of food. Experience a night for the senses; watch these six elements and individuals captured in “Elements” while you sample creations from the featured chefs and makers themselves. Grab a drink at the FilmBar pre-show, and make your way through a personal Bite Box as you relax for the show. Rub elbows with the film team and stars of the show after the film at the cash bar reception. Tickets for the Devour Film Screening are extremely limited.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All events are 21+.
 
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Bartending Competition: Located at the DeSoto Central Market, this event is steps away from the Metro Light Rail Station at Central and Roosevelt. There is also a parking lot directly behind the DeSoto building, as well as street parking.

Presenting your printed ticket or e-ticket on your phone will be required. 
 
What is the refund policy?
