&quot;Attention is the beginning of devotion.&quot; - Mary Oliver, UpstreamJoin WiseBodies for our inaugural EMBODY talk for a special Winter Solstice ritual. We&#x27;ll gather to prepare a ritual for the longest night of the year and the beginning of Capricorn season, kindle our creative fires, and learn simple practices for honoring the dance between our inner and external cycles and seasons. The Winter Solstice is the moment right before the days gradually start to lengthen as we grow toward Springtime. We&#x27;ll invite compassionate reflection on what we have devoted ourselves to this year, the vision seeds we are planting, and learn about plant friends (including pine!) and more that can support our well-being and rituals for this season. We invite you to bring your favorite cozy beverage, a journal, and a beeswax candle.
