But, although we are not Netflix, we all have things in common with the Three Stooges, which enables us to cause chaos in our applications. Speaker Biography: Jorge Gaona (@pollirrata) is a graduate of the Technological Institute of Saltillo, and has more than 10 years of experience in Software Architecture. He has been programming since 1998, mainly using Microsoft technologies, although he believes that his origins are rooted in the early nineties with the language Logo and its turtle. He is certified by the International Association of Software Architects as IT Architect and currently serves as a Solutions Architect for Tiempo Development.

In this talk, we explore the perks and limitations of implementing version control platforms to simplify CI/CD for anyone.Speaker Bio: I am a Site Reliability Engineering and Full Stack developer with experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing concurrent systems. I have an MSc in Computer Science in Geospatial Information Analysis. Since then, I’ve become passionate about information architecture, user experience, cloud operations, automation, good development practices, algorithm analysis, and security mechanisms.

Sometimes we just need five minutes to talk about them.Speaker Bio: Salvador Elizarrarás is an experienced Mexican software engineer with technical leadership skills. During the past eight years, he has been working in different fields of the software industry such as product prototyping, low-level implementations, and web applications. His interests include empowering engineers to become better technicians, exploring the state of art for DevOps, working with frontend technologies, and practicing a lean culture. In his free time, he likes to explore new music and photography.

It is a critical element of DevOps culture, true agile practices, and lean product management.Speaker Bio: Julián leads the Solutions team at Wizeline and is passionate about working with teams to build iterative products that help users and customers achieve business outcomes. He has worked in technology and consulting for over 15 years.

He has always been interested in the implementation of Agile Frameworks in Project Management, Development, and Integration, which has led him to explore the DevOps practices.Luis has worked as a Full Stack Software Developer, Software Architect, and DevOps, which is his current position. He wants to improve the processes managed in these areas for which he has developed material in topics such as security, performance, costs, and monitoring.Luis thinks that the challenge in his current position goes further than implementing solutions that help to control the organization. It implies creating a culture in which everyone is involved, from developers, testers, analysts, sponsors, and owners.
