Women Techmakers and Google Developer Group Kuwait meets at least once a month in Kuwait. <H4 CLASS="animated fadeInUp ng-binding">DevFest'18</H4>
DevFests are large, community-run developer events happening around the globe focused on community building and learning about Google’s technologies.
DevFest Kuwait brings together people who shape the future of Web and Cloud technologies for 2 days of sessions, workshops and networking. Described by many as 'Google I/O of Kuwait', our team creates DevFest to be the best place for inspiration and experience sharing.
This year we will host:
1- Django Girls workshop lead by Arwa AlJasser. By the end of the workshop the attendee will have created a blog using HTML, CSS, Python and Django. 2- Advanced Web Programming workshop Lead by Sudus AlFaresi  and Saqiba Sulaiman. By the end of the workshop the attendees will have a beeter idea of how to program a website like a developer from gathering user requirements, UX, backend and frontend in addition to advanced Javascript.
3- Codelabs where attendees can try new technologies such as Asssitant, Tango, TensorFlow, Flutter, and Barjem by Coded with trainers from IEEEAUK student branch and Coded to support them throughout the two days.
4- A talk on Tensorflow and its applications by Megbil AlQattan on Saturday 5pm in th emain auditorium 
Programming workshops and codelabs start at Friday 5:00pm -9pm and Saturday 9am-9pm
Food vendors are available for snacks and meals. Starbucks will be open on Saturday.
