We will explore best practices for caring for infants and toddlers and the importance the caregiver relationship has on development and learning. Participants will identify appropriate materials to have accessible in their classroom environment.

Training Objectives:

1 . Describe Developmentally Appropriate Practices for Infants and Toddlers.

2 . Be able to identify what age appropriate materials are for Infants and Toddlers.

3 . Be able to implement appropriate interaction to use with this specified age group.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
