We'll use the Akashic Records for a powerful session in understanding how to develop and cultivate resilience.

When you&#x27;re between a rock and a hard place, decisions are difficult to make. How do you take a step back and find clarity when you&#x27;re feeling stressed, anxious, or defeated? Maybe you&#x27;ve been working on moving past insecurities and shifting your mindset but have encountered roadblocks. We&#x27;ll use the Akashic Records for a powerful session in understanding how to develop and cultivate resilience. During uncertain times, it&#x27;s important to tap into your intuition and stay true to yourself. Only you know what is best for yourself, but how do you deal with those around you that are more negative? We can&#x27;t prevent adversity but we can change the ways we respond and our perspectives. There are ways to adapt. We&#x27;ll touch upon difficult situations we may be experiencing and how to move past them for more peace. This session will be wonderful for those who are finding this time of social distancing to be difficult, are going through a tough personal and/or professional situation, or would like some insights from your Higher Self, ancestors, and spirit guides on how to make it through a rough patch in your life. This self-healing session rooted in self-reflection and your ancestors/spirit guides/ your higher self through an Akashic Records reading. We&#x27;ll use guided meditation, journaling, and Akashic Records to provide new insights.The Akashic Records contain an energetic imprint of every soul in the Universe, as well as larger entities such as groups, organizations, events, and locations. It stores what was, is, and will be from anything and everyone. When we start the reading, there will be various information shared with the group based on the collective and individual.This session will be co-led by Kristen Cordell and Alice Hu of Woo Woo Company. You’ll also get a recording of the session.About Kristen CordellKristen is a certified reiki master, yoga teacher, and Akashic Records reader who is dedicated to treating the type-a crowd. Over the last ten years she has chased her professional passion, working with women and girls from Lebanon to Liberia and Austria. She currently lives in Washington, D.C. with her cat Mr. Sullivan and partner.She has found energy healing as a way to manage her own chronic illness two decades ago. Energy work has brought healing and refugee from chronic perfectionism and hormonal imbalance. Currently, Kristen works 1:1 with clients in two ways - reiki and Akashic Records readings.Sorry, no refunds!
