&quot;A Global Citizen is someone who is aware of and understands the wider world - and their place in it.&quot;This webinar with Chris Engler, Founder &amp; Managing Director of World Unite! will address the challenges of the new world where remote working and meeting people from different cultures is the normality and will help you overcome the communication challenges with people from different backgrounds. What will this session include?This session will explain the concept of culture using the definition of Hofstede and make you aware of your cultural programming and hold a discussion around cultural differences which are relevant when working with people from elsewhere in the world (e.g. related to power distance/individualism vs collectivism/differences in the related communication forms).Post the engagement Chris will give tips on how to avoid those problems that might be related to such cultural differences. Last but not the least he will teach how to apply such concepts when communicating with someone from another culture when interacting remotely.
