North Dakota Healthcare Executives (NDHE) Forum is an independent chapter of theAmerican College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE),an international professional society comprised of over 40,000 members. Membership in the North Dakota chapter includes nearly 100 healthcare executives who lead hospitals, healthcare systems and other healthcare organizations.

Today’s workplace calls for the development of high performance work teams to manage dynamic healthcare environments.   Our expert panel of CEOs will present strategies to design and implement collaborative work systems, as well as share their experiences of the highest and lowest functioning teams they have led.

Hailey Schepp 
Chapter President / North Dakota Healthcare Executives Forum
Hailey Schepp is a lifelong resident of the Midwest, spending the last 17 years in Fargo.  She received her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Bellevue University near Omaha, NE and her Bachelors of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Minnesota State University.  As current President of the ND Chapter of ACHE, Ms. Schepp is committed to advancing healthcare excellence and has a passion for improving quality of care and the patient experience through the electronic health record.  As Director of Meaningful Use for Sanford Health, a large integrated healthcare system, she is responsible for the achievement of Meaningful Use in over 43 hospitals and physicians and APP’s in nearly 250 clinics across 9 states.

Patrick Gulbranson 
CEO / Family HealthCare

As the Chief Executive Officer,  Patrick Gulbranson leads Family HealthCare in achieving its mission by assuring a culture of quality, safety, innovation, and accountability to our patients, staff, funders, and community.   He earned his Master of Science degree in Public, Human Service and Health Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Care Administration and Long-Term Care Administration from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.  Mr. Gulbranson has been with Family HealthCare since 2012 and served as the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer previously to becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2014.  Prior to Family HealthCare, Pat held a number of operational leadership positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota for over ten years. 
 
Lavonne Liversage, MBA, FACHE

Director / Fargo VA Health Care System 
Lavonne Liversage was appointed as Fargo VA Health Care System (HCS) Director in November 2013.  In this role, she is responsible for executive level management of the Fargo VA Medical Center and ten Community Based Outpatient Clinics located through the state of North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. Ms. Liversage has served more than 20 years in health care leadership positions within the VA. Prior to her current position, Ms. Liversage served as Deputy Network Director of the Rocky Mountain Network in Denver, Colorado. She has served in various capacities at the Fargo VA Medical Center as well as VA Central Iowa HCS in Des Moines and VA Montana HCS in Helena.  Ms. Liversage holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary, Fargo, ND and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND.  She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
 
Dave Molmen 
CEO / Altru Health System

Dave Molmen is the CEO of Altru Health System, a vertically integrated tertiary health system based in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Altru comprises 3 hospital locations, 300 provider multi-specialty medical group, and an extensive network of clinical services serving northeastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota. Prior to his current position, Mr. Molmen served as Chief Operating Officer of Altru Health System; Chief Operating Officer of United Hospital, Grand Forks; CEO of MedWest Medical Group, Denver, CO; Senior Associate Administrator of the Grand Forks Clinic; and Administrator of the Orthopedic Clinic, Grand Forks.  Mr. Molmen received his Master of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota and Credential of Advanced Studies in Health Administration from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Finance from Concordia College, Moorhead, MN.
