An Easy-to-Use, Drag-and-Drop Content Editing Tool for Drupal

<p><a href="https://atendesigngroup.com/about/justin-toupin" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a>Layout Paragraphs is a contributed Drupal module that combines drag-and-drop editing, Drupal core&#x27;s layout API, and the Paragraphs module to provide an accessible, easy-to-use authoring experience. Designed to empower marketing and editorial teams everywhere, Layout Paragraphs offers a WYSIWYG interface for publishing highly visual, long-form content.</p><p>In this session, we&#x27;ll demo the capabilities of Layout Paragraphs, explain how it differs from core&#x27;s Layout Builder, and show participants how to implement Layout Paragraphs in their own Drupal websites.</p><p>Building on <a href="https://youtu.be/g0rRsE3QfAE" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">December 2021&#x27;s Drupal4Gov webinar about Layout Paragraphs,</a> we’ll dig a little deeper and also cover more advanced topics including:</p><ul><li>Strategies for implementing web governance with Layout Paragraphs</li><li>Extending Layout Paragraphs to build an authoring experience tailored to your team’s marketing and editorial needs</li><li>Using Layout Paragraphs for decoupled websites and applications</li></ul><p></p><h3>Speaker  <a href="https://atendesigngroup.com/about/justin-toupin" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Justin Toupin</a></h3><p>Justin is CEO and founding partner at Aten. He started the company back in 2000 with a passion for technology and communications, a desire to do meaningful work, and an aspiration to help build a place where people love what they do.</p><p>Justin speaks publicly on occasion about design and development process, working with clients, and the business of running a design company. He is a co-maintainer for several <a href="https://www.drupal.org/u/justin2pin" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Drupal projects</a>, including <a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/mercury_editor" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mercury Editor</a>, a drag-and-drop publishing tool and <a href="http://drupal.org/project/openaid" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">OpenAid</a>, the Drupal distribution for marketing non-profit programs.</p><p></p><h2>Can You Host Drupal GovCon 2023?</h2><p>We are looking for a  host this year&#x27;s Drupal GovCon. </p><h3>What we need are:</h3><ol><li>fast  Wifi for participants(or wifi that we can provide.)</li><li>Auditorium (for 150 to 200) with at least 3 rooms that can hold up to 30 in classroom seating and a large room for sponsor space and for us to distribute coffee AND lunch, and a space for a registration booth set up.</li><li>Metro accessible with nearby parking.</li></ol><p>If you can host, or would like to join the planning committee to find a new location, please send a note to drupal4gov+host@gmail.com. </p>
