Develop to Serve Summit
A free, two-day summit helping faith-based and nonprofit organizations understand what is possible through developing their property.
Develop to Serve, an initiative led by Mayor Eileen Higgins, is designed to help faith-based and nonprofit organizations in the City of Miami understand whether development is the right option for their organization, what might be possible, and how to take next steps. If your organization owns or controls property and would like to consider development of affordable housing, childcare, or another community-serving use, this program can help you learn directly from experts, meet other leaders considering similar options, and understand what it takes to move forward.
At the two-day Develop to Serve Summit, you’ll hear from experts, learn the fundamentals of real estate development and financing, and get hands-on guidance to help you better understand your project and its next steps.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
